The salt spray test chamber is to simulate the salt spray corrosion environment in the ocean or other high salinity environments through a series of complex systems working together. The basic principle is to inject salt water into the test chamber and evaporate it to form water vapor through heating. After mixing with air, the water vapor is converted into small salt spray particles in a specific way and finally sprayed on the test sample to simulate the actual corrosion process.

Adopt LCD digital display temperature and humidity controller. (Configure the temperature and humidity recorder to completely record the temperature and humidity test curve; this is an optional item)
50 execution modes can be set, and each section can be cross-grouped to execute the program.
The time of each execution mode can be set arbitrarily from 0-999 hours and 59 minutes.
Each group can arbitrarily set part of the cycle 1-999 times or all of them to cycle 0-999 times.
It has a power-off memory function, and can continue to perform unfinished tests after power is restored.

 2. What about the delivery term?
 For our standard machine which means normal machines, If we have stock in the warehouse, is 3-7 working days;
 If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after payment received;
 If you are in urgent need, we will make a special arrangement for you.
 3. Do you accept customization services? Can I have my logo on the machine?

4. How can I install and use the machine?
Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send you the operation manual or video in English version through Email.
Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and start to use it. And if it's necessary, we can also assist you to install your machine on site.
