Product Description

This machine is mainly suitable for measuring the wear rate of stone. This machine is mainly composed of cylinders, shelves, sealing covers, gearboxes, motors, and counters. The machine is equipped with an automatic counter, which can be preset to the required number of revolutions of the drum Complete.

1. The instrument shall be installed on a flat and firm concrete foundation. Fix with foot screws or with expansion screws.
2. After the power supply is turned on, check whether the rotation direction of the drum is consistent with the indicated arrow direction with the inching method (when the preset revolution is 1).
3. After setting a certain revolution, start the machine to check whether it can stop automatically according to the preset number.
4. After the inspection, according to the test method of JTG e42-2005 T0317 of highway engineering aggregate test regulations, put steel balls and stone materials into the cylinder of the grinding machine, cover the cylinder well, preset the turning revolution, start the test, and automatically stop the machine when the specified revolution is reached.
