The damage mainly includes corrosion, discoloration, deformation, strength reduction, expansion, mildew, and so on, especially the electrical products are easy to cause fire due to short circuits caused by rainwater. Therefore, it is an essential key procedure to carry out the water test for specific products or materials.
General application fields: outdoor lamps, household appliances, auto parts, and other electronic and electrical products. the main function of the equipment is to test the physical and other related properties of electronic and electrical products, lamps, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles, and their parts under the climate conditions of simulated rain, splash, and water spray. After testing, the performance of the product can be judged by verification, so as to facilitate the design, improvement, verification, and delivery inspection of the product.
According to International Protection Marking IP CODE GB 4208-2008/IEC 60529:2001, IPX3 IPX4 Rain Test Equipment are designed by and made by GRANDE, and reference to GB 7000.1-2015/IEC 60598-1:2014 Part 9(Dustproof, Anti-solids and Waterproof) Waterproof test standard.

1. The test sample will be put or installed on the center of the half-round sinuous pipe and make the bottom of the test samples and the oscillating axis in a horizontal position. During the test, the sample would spin around the centerline.

 For our standard machine which means normal machines, If we have stock in the warehouse, is 3-7 working days;
 If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after payment received;
 If you are in urgent need, we will make a special arrangement for you.
