Standard:

FINAT(FINAT test method No. 9: loop tack measurement), PSTC-16(Loop tack), ASTM D6195-03(Standard test methods for loop tack), GB/T31125-2014(Test method for initial viscosity of adhesive tape - ring method) and etc.

 

Test Principle:

Fully contact the loop sample and standard float test panel at the constant speed of 300mm/min, then the instrument automatically fully separates the loop sample and standard float test panel reversely at the constant speed of 300mm/min. The maximum of generated force is called loop tack.

 

Application:

It is mainly used to test the tack in all kinds of electronic tape, protective film, adhesive label,s and stickers.
