The FRP composite salt spray test chamber is close to the actual natural condition in the accelerated corrosion test. This test chamber is used for combined tests under several times of harsh natural environmental conditions, such as salt spray, air drying, standard atmospheric pressure, constant temperature, and humidity, and low temperature, and can be tested in any order. China has made this salt spray test into relevant national standards and carried out detailed regulations, It has developed from simple neutral salt spray test to acetate spray test, copper salt accelerated acetate spray test, and alternating salt spray test. Product overview:
Cyclic corrosion test is a more realistic salt spray test than traditional constant state exposure. Because the actual outdoor exposure usually includes dry and wet environments, it is meant to simulate these natural and periodic conditions. The results show that the relative corrosion rate, structure, and morphology of the samples are very similar to the outdoor corrosion results after the cyclic corrosion test. Therefore, the cyclic corrosion test is closer to the real outdoor exposure than the traditional salt spray method. They can effectively evaluate many corrosion mechanisms, such as general corrosion, electrochemical corrosion, and crevice corrosion.

The purpose of the cyclic corrosion test is to reproduce the corrosion type of outdoor corrosion environment. The test exposes the sample to a cyclic environment under a series of different conditions.? Simple exposure cycles, such as? A profusion test is to expose the sample to a cycle composed of salt spray and drying conditions. More complex vehicle test methods require not only salt spray and drying cycles but also cycles such as humidity and standing. Initially, these test cycles are completed by manual operation.
